Great week. All that big mileage from the first half of training is really coming together, and despite the mileage and speed bumps upwards, I'm feeling overall less tired than the previous weeks.
No more limiting musculoskeletal issues. I still feel transient niggling issues like miminal achilles soreness and foot soreness in the morning, but they all go away completely after walking around for awhile, and I've had zero problems on runs, unlike weeks 1-4 which were plagued with scary overuse injuries.
I doubt I will run significantly more than this, may max out at 85miles. The key from here is to not get greedy and shoot for a sub-3 too early and get injured in the process.
I also unfortunately killed the console on my 6-year old Sole F80 treadmill this week. $400 for a new console, coming in the mail, but no home TM running until then. =(
