Killed my Treadmill Console - and Recovery 8AM + 5PM miles

Unfortunately, my last 18 miler sweatfest run appears to have killed my Sole F80 treadmill. I was awake at 2AM (!) and headed to the garage for an 8 mile easy recovery run, and when I turned on the treadmill, it just starts the belt running by itself, and is unresponsive to buttons. Fortunately, the motor still works, but it looks like I need a new console - I called Sole service and had a talk with the service guy who recommended I order a new console for $400 and install it myself. It doesn't seem too hard - will give it a try, and am hoping it works.

I suspect it wasn't really just my sweatfest 18 mile workout that killed it - there's a ton of condensation in the garage that I always notice as the treadmill belt is usually damp, if not outright wet, in the morning, and it's definitely not because of leftover sweat. I'll bet that condensation has worked its way into the console to kill it - surprised it took 6 years. (I'm unfortunately past the warrantee point.)

So looks like all outdoor runs for awhile, for now.

AM: 8 miles recovery pace, didn't use my Garmin for this one, probably 9:30-45/mile.
PM: 5 miles recovery pace on the YMCA TM 8:30/mi
