Hit my weekly PR this week, but it wasn't at all the exhilarating experience I expected. The beatdown from the miles took its toll from Fri-Sun, with a really ugly Sunday LR that I ran 10 miles outdoor but then had to finish on the TM for 4 miles since my legs were so tired.
Carefully watching a sore left patella where the quad inserts - was sore all week, so I'm going to pull back mileage to let it recover.
MON - 4AM 11:00/mi, 6PM 8:20/mi Recovery/easy
TUE - 10mi AM with 2 x 3 mi @ 6:51/6:42/mi, PM 6 mi 8:00
WED - 5mi AM 9:00/mi, 4.25mi PM 8:30/mi
THU - 11mi with 9mi @ MP 6:59/mi, PM 5.25 @ 9:20/mi
FRI: 7 mi AM, 8mi PM 10:00/mi
SAT: 7mi AM, 8 mi PM 10:00/mi
SUN: 14.5mi (10mi outdoors, 4.5 on TM since I was so tired)
