Week 9 Done!
I forgot to post this on the week I finished, so I'm doing it in retrospect.
Mon - OFF (air travel from Rochester NY & felt terrible the whole day likely due to a brewing virus)
Tue :
AM: 5 miles Easy 9:49/mile
PM: 5 miles with 3 x 1600 treadmill @ 6:00/mi
Wed:
AM: 6.7 miles recovery 9:35/mile
PM: 4 miles easy 9:00/mile
Thu:
AM: 10 miles with TEMPO 8 miles @ 7:26/mile with a full Camelbak of 5 lbs
PM: 5 miles, felt good so threw down 4 @ tempo on treadill @ 6:58/mi
Fri:
AM: 5 miles brisk easy 7:30/mile on treadmill at noon
PM: 4 miles recovery 10:00/mile felt terrible!
Sat: 6.7 miles 10:15/mile, again felt terrible, might be battling off a mild virus
Sun: 16.25 mile 'fast' long run: 7:37/mile, best long run yet! Lightened my Camelbak weight which helped significantly.
TOTAL: 71 miles
