Wed - Still with low energy

PM - 7 miles easy 8:30/mile

Long - 18 miles 7:35/mile, tough one.
An overall good week - was originally thinking of a 70 mile pullback week, due to the colds & sore hip, but I felt better in the 2nd half the week and decided to go for the full 18 mile long run.
Next week will likely be less mileage due to work constraints limiting my lunch run length.
