Easy - 6AM @ 10:30/3%, 20 min bike PM

Still surprised at how deconditioned I got in those 8 days off from the flu.

Ran 6 miles on the treadmill this AM, 3 miles at 9:40/mi which was weirdly not easy and then 3 more miles at 10:30 with 3% incline which was a little easier. My left foot even got a little sore by the end of it.

And this PM, I paid the price for doing my weird powerwalk @ 10% yesterday - sore left calcaneocuboid ligament that prevented me from running entirely. Sux. Did a 20 min stationary bike at 190ish watts HR 125-130 instead, grumpily.

My cough is finally gone, and I'm just clearing out the last remnants of the mucus, so I'm essentially flu-free finally. I've been really shocked at how much my legs are lagging - I had thought that my overall energy levels would have taken a big hit but my big-mileage legs would be strong, but it's looking that my legs lost a TON of fitness and I'll bet my overall energy probably did too, as I'm finding these 6 milers which used to be very easy volumewise, surprisingly challenging.

I'm still hoping that I'll bounce back quick given how good shape I was in, and will take it one step at at a time.
