Energy was very good despite yesterday's hard run, but had moderate soreness starting at mile 5 of the run in my left foot, and I decided not to risk it, so I didn't go farther. On the bright side, it didn't worsen any after mile 5, but it's on the up and up, so I figured I'd get the extra miles on the indoor TM later today so I can jump off if necessary.
At the least, it's a good sign that I had plenty of energy and no real dragging on the run. Granted, my legs were minimally sore from the PR 10 miler yesterday and as well, def had no 'oomph' to run fast, but fur sure, I wasn't dragging, and would have been faster if it weren't for the foot.
