EASY Run - 7.0 mi 8:12/mi

Good easy run - was originally going to do it as a recovery run, but after a slow morning, I woke up after an extra nap, and actually felt good once I hit the road despite mild soreness in the same right hip that I had the last time I ran the 18 miler.

This time though,  my legs were good the whole way on this easy run. To my surprise, my HR was creeping into the 135+ range as I picked it up subconsciously, which is a good sign to me that my legs are ready for the 26.2. 

I have a mild tickle in my throat though - hopefully not coming down with a cold, although I've successfully battled all of them this cycle and will do the same if I'm hit with one now. 

One more week of real training but at slightly reduced volume, then taper!
